The CFL15 comes standard with a custom wound Joyner Model T single coil pickup, designed and built by Warp Core pickups in Redmond Oregon (right next to Bend). The pickup gives this uke a great warm tone that can still cut through the mix and drive an amp hard. Roll back the tone knob for a darker woodier sound. Add a touch of overdrive and this thing wails!
Standard options for the body are mahogany and black walnut, but the CFL15 can be customized in many ways. Want a figured koa top? Sure. What about a touch of binding on the edges?
